Delivery dates are estimates of when a vehicle is scheduled to arrive at our dealership. Vehicles come from the factory and are shipped by a 3rd party. This process can occasionally be delayed due to circumstances related to shipping. Although delivery can be delayed, your car is still on the way, it isn't gone and we would never keep your money and leave you without a vehicle.

Your Customer Relations Manager has a horrible attitude, again NO communication, my lease is 3 days away from being up and no car still, don’t give a damn about 3 rd party carriers, I was TOLD the car would be in on the 15th. So says what you wants crooks, NEVER EVER again will I do business with you all. I see hundreds of people everyday and I will make it known of how I was treated!!!

With me respect is earned NOT given. She is far from a Manager. Again still overall a horrible experience. If she was so respectful like you claim she is she should have apologized from her nasty attitude. NEVER EVER will I do business again at universal Nissan. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!
