They gave me a price on what I needed, scheduled an appointment for me to drop the vehicle off that afternoon, provided a loaner vehicle and had my vehicle ready the next day. I even added a couple other services and everything was done great! More

Victor Pena was very helpful and prompt with getting service Victor Pena was excellent. Very professional and customer centric. My wife drives 2018 Q50. One issue we have is how quickly tires of worn down wi Victor Pena was excellent. Very professional and customer centric. My wife drives 2018 Q50. One issue we have is how quickly tires of worn down with only 11,500 miles. This is our 2nd Infiniti and prior one had same issue with tires wearing out with limited miles. I would like Bridgestone Rep that works with Infiniti of Nashua step to the plate and help cover new set of tires on our 2018 Infiniti that only has 11,500 miles with 6/32nds of tread depth. Having dealt with prior Infiniti with early and expensive tire replacement and current Infiniti tires wearing out so quickly will make us rethink going with Infiniti again. More

crms on a harge you work work not performed not the first time this has been a problem. had an alinement done on my Q70L was told everything was good. starting driving the car and at 60 mph the not the first time this has been a problem. had an alinement done on my Q70L was told everything was good. starting driving the car and at 60 mph the thing started shaking like mad. brought it back and they fixed it right. brought in in for an oil change and they told me the control arm was worn and needed to be replayed( at 60,000 miles) have it replaced. just brought it in for read break pads they told me i needed another alinement (2 a year?) and told me the other control arm needs replacing . they said the they replaced the read break pads but the sqeek more now then when i brought it in. no one can answer why both control arms need to be replace in a 3 year old car . it's a money maker. They charge for work that is not needed and in some cased don't do the work and charge you anyway. Victor Burgos makes one phone call and never follows up. would be nive if they csred sbout the customer but sadly thst is not the case. stay away from the dealership.... More
