I had the pleasure of working with Victor Cosme who really went above and beyond to make the process of turning in my old lease from a different company, and picking up my new car, as seamless and hassle free as possible. Victor has already worked with both my mother and sister and the the reason why they even chose a Benz vehicle was because of his excellent service. Victor really takes the time to know the needs of his clients. In my case, he worked around my busy schedule, built me a car with the features that he knew I would like, and kept the numbers and paperwork clear and succinct. Victor's charisma and rapport really makes you feel like a VIP. More

One of the best experiences I have ever had! I recently leased a vehicle from Rallye Motors (Mercedes), and the experience from the first minute was great. The dealership is beautiful, parking wa I recently leased a vehicle from Rallye Motors (Mercedes), and the experience from the first minute was great. The dealership is beautiful, parking was easy, and the staff was great as well. Jeff Friedberg the General Manager was helpful and friendly, as was Victor Cosme the salesman who helped us out. Not only was he helpful, and spent a lot of time with us looking at vehicles and test driving them as well, but he was very sweet to our son, who had a blast with him. The pricing was better than any dealer we had visited and the vehicle was delivered on time, as promised. We even traded in a vehicle, and that process was a snap. Overall, when you are buying a luxury vehicle, you have a certain expectation of the experience you would like to have, and Rallye lived up to that expectation tenfold. We were treated with respect, we were not rushed, and we were treated fairly in every aspect of the process. I would highly recommend Rallye to my friends and family, and after this experience, they have a customer for life! More

Reason I left Rallye 3 years ago verified again. Incompetent maintenance staff. Just looking to make money off customers without providing the service you’d expect after purchasing a Mercedes. Found Incompetent maintenance staff. Just looking to make money off customers without providing the service you’d expect after purchasing a Mercedes. Found technicians and service managers and supervisors to be dishonest and when you prove them wrong it’s a big cover up. Never again would I purchase a Mercedes Benz. More
