Superlative Sales Experience I can honestly say that our recent experience purchasing our pre-owned Mercedes Benz S Class was Superlative, not Excellent, Superlative. We decided I can honestly say that our recent experience purchasing our pre-owned Mercedes Benz S Class was Superlative, not Excellent, Superlative. We decided to drive 235 miles from our Md. home to purchase from your dealership. My first acquaintance with my Salesman Victor Cosme was over the phone. His gentle yet persuasive mannerism in describing the vehicle and assurance that the vehicle would meet our needs convinced us to make the long trip. We made this trip, not once, but twice. The first time up was to meet and test drive the car. The second trip was to pick it up. Victor was never pushy. As a matter of fact he spent the better part of the early afternoon working with us to understand the car and the buying experience with RallyE. He personally provided instructions on the best route to the dealership and afterward to the New York Convention Center. Upon review of the car I found many imperfections that i asked to have corrected prior to delivery. He personally monitored the repairs and recontacted me with updates to put me at rest that everything was being accomplished as I had requested. All of the financing was handled swiftly and professionally by Victor and Eric Weiner. Eric was also a true gentleman to deal with during all phases of the transaction. I am an avid Car Guy but I must say that this experience tops them all. One additional point, buying a car can be traumatic especially when you are 235 miles from home. We were treated like relatives that lived two blocks away. After delivery, Victor came through again with an understanding of how you keep the customer happy no matter what happens. Md. has some weird rules on window tinting which required us to remove the tint prior to it being passed during the vehicle Inspection process. Victor made sure that we had RallyE Motors stood behind us every step of the way. We love our car, but most importantly we love the way we were treated by everyone at RallyE Motors. Even the gentleman that met us as we arrived with the Lease return was up to the occasion . He greeted us and proceeded to inform us of how he was personally there to assist us out of the lease vehicle while he helped place our personal belongings in the purchased vehicle, Wow! I work in Healthcare and we are now being evaluated by the public for which the government has criteria that we must meet to remain viable. We need to score 10's on Customer satisfaction surveys. Well, if RallyE was a hospital, my opinion is that you would receive a 20! Thank you Victor, Thank you Eric, and Thank you to the gentleman that met us in the parking lot and made us feel like Royalty, and to all the Managers that greeted us with respect and admiration. Please know that buying a Mercedes Benz is a privilege that not everyone has the opportunity to experience. I have been blessed to have the chance to buy my third Benz and I can wholeheartedly say that buying from you was a Treat! All of my colleagues and friends are learning about the well kept secret in Long Island New York named RallyE Motors Mercedes Benz. I feel like writing to Germany to let them know just how professionally and expertly you Guys sell their product. Keep up the Superlative work and don't stop caring!!!! More

My wife and I are pleased to write that we were contacted by Victor Cosme (please read our previous "looking for a C-300" review) from Rallye Motors. Victor discussed our situation with the trade in value of our car with Mr. Walter Ryder, Pre-owned Sales Mangager. Together, Victor and Walter researched aggressively and were able to increase the trade in value for us! We drove off in our near new C-300 today. The entire process (finance, delivery, vehicle familiarization) went perfectly. Victor linked my phone to the car and explained the Nav system. The car was spotless upon delivery. In summary, our experience with Rallye Motors and the professionalism of the staff is unsurpassed. You are treated as a person of Value, not just a customer. I purchased a 2011 certified E350 from the Ralley Dealership, I found the car on Auto trader, I called the dealership and they transferred me to Victor Gomez. Victor took the time to go over every detail of the car and I asked if I can put down a deposit to hold the car. Victor gave me an offered that could not be beat. I do not reside in the NY area, I reside in Washington, DC. I spoke with Victor on numeruous occassions during my buying process and he was very precise and detailed. Victor even offered to fly my to New York compliments of Mercedes to pick up my vehicle, but I decided to drive. I drove to New York on Thursday, August 27, 2013 and once I arrived at the dealership, Victor took us on a test drive of the car, and then we went over the paperwork that needed to be signed. Upon my arrival Victor had all of the paperwork ready for signature and I was out of the dealership within 30 mintues of my arrival time and off in my new car headed back to Washington, DC. Victor Gomez is awesome, has great customer service skills and very detailed oriented. He returned all of my phone calls and kept me abreast on the entire process during this 2 week period. I would not purchase another Mercedes from any other dealership or by any other salesperson. Thanks Victor for all your help!! More

I bought my pre-owned e350 there which was a very positive experience (worked with Victor). But the service which I experienced with my former Mercedes and now my new one is really a pleasure. I purchased a cpo c63 from Jerry Merlo. Jerry was great to deal with and very friendly. He gave me a great price on the C63 and made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase. He was not pushy nor was he aggressive in selling me the car. When Jerry was not available to help me (he was off that day) with questions and test driving the car, Victor Cosme was as accommodating as Jerry Merlo. Surprisingly, Victor already new about my visits and arrangements with Jerry which made me feel more comfortable and at ease. The day of pick up was very quick and smooth. Jerry had all the paperwork ready for me and there were no surprises at the end. Everything that was discussed with Jerry and Eric Weiner (finance guy, really nice guy also) was what it was. Upon handing the keys to me Jerry said "if there is anything...i mean anything you are unhappy with the car or something you are not comfortable with please call me right away..." I said thank you and took my car. On my drive home I realized that the check engine light came on, I was not alarmed as I am a automotive technician myself and did not experience any abnormality in the performance. I also notice that the center air vents were not operating properly. The next day I called Jerry and told him of my situation and he immediately set up a service appointment with the service department the following business day. Jerry did not even question anything I said... rather he was proactive and responsive to my needs. I bought the car into service where I was immediately greeted by the car porters who put out paper floor mats on the floor as soon as they took my keys. I walked into the service department and spoke to Stephen Augustine who was also very friendly and helpful. We went over my situation, he gave me a loaner and off I went. I picked up the car the following day and everything was fixed! The Team at Rallye Mercedes is great!!! They are all extremely friendly and cordial. From the sales guys to finance guys to service advisors to the car porters. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in a Mercedes. Also, the dealership itself is really nice. Thanks a lot guys!!!! More
