Leighton was a wonderful salesman. We told him what we wanted and he found it. Waiting on finance was over an hour long. But Victor was fantastic. Post COVID has reduced the quality of this dealership! Mainly w/their availability of new vehicles. No loaners. Unwillingness to meet their customers needs w/USED vehicles. Being only concerned w/whether Mainly w/their availability of new vehicles. No loaners. Unwillingness to meet their customers needs w/USED vehicles. Being only concerned w/whether it passes inspection. None of my fluids were topped off, had (3)subpar tires that they refused to change for me. No power steering fluid. Forgot my spare tire. The wireless charger came busted & didn’t work. Windshield wiper blades, Cabin Air filters needed changing. Which I had to take off work to get it diagnosed & replaced. And to top it off, refused to even spend the $100 to replace/provide me w/the Owners Manual that was missing. I’ve been dumping small amounts of money into this truck the entire month (& a half) I had it. Only to fix minor things that I feel like they could’ve handled for their customers…especially for $60k…during a pandemic! Great vehicle. Dealership sucks! Nothing stands out about them & you could find better service anywhere! Did I mention how I still don’t have hard tags? Yeah, on my 2nd set of temporaries. Yup, their Administrative side is also slow (ie…payoff, title switch, insurance verification, registration & tags, cashback check for gap & tags, getting services on schedule, etc). Totally took the excitement of my 1st pickup experience from me. Thanks for allowing me to vent. I’m over it! More

Friendly salesman I worked with. He did a great job! I have excellent credit and knew the rates I qualified for but Tyne finance manager only checked 3 banks so I had to press him to He did a great job! I have excellent credit and knew the rates I qualified for but Tyne finance manager only checked 3 banks so I had to press him to check others which resulted in a 1% drop in percentage rate. I felt he did not really put much effort in searching for the best rate. They have a warranty deal that only covers the car for a short time and then had a cap for the value of the coverage and it’s as much as other coverage you can buy through a third party. Basically this coverage is cash in the dealership’s pocket. The manager and finance manager were wearing masks and the manager’s mask almost completely covered his face which made it very odd to communicate. And, suddenly, after buying the used car, the second key was missing. I like the salesman and would buy again but the dealership needs an updated interior and should stop trying to sell service contracts that have almost zero benefit to the customer in my opinion. More
