You greeted us, asked what we were looking for and noooo pressure. Explained everything. Scheduled the test drive and you advised us to drive around as much and long as we wanted to so we could determine if this was the car for us. We were surprised that you would just let us do this with no pressure. We took you along to explain what the car does and you really know your cars! We liked it. Which led us to the purchase of the car. You went out of your way to help us decide on different versions with all the bells and whistles. In the end we bought the one on the showroom floor. Negotiations were great for price of the car and the low interest rate was not a teaser (with Dan). Victor your salesmanship style is refreshing. We will recommend Victor to friends and family. More

I have never been so pleased with a dealership before and I am now 57 years old. So many dealerships ignore you when you first walk in, but at Wantagh Mazda, Victor greeted us and went way above what I have I am now 57 years old. So many dealerships ignore you when you first walk in, but at Wantagh Mazda, Victor greeted us and went way above what I have seen salespeople do...He listened, got to know us, was interested in what we had to say and got us the best model for the best price. With Vicotr's personality, he could have sold us ice in the winter yet he was very professional and delivered what he had promised. The car was for my daughter (her first car) and he spoke to her like a person and not just some kid. We walked away very happy and certainly very satisfied. He made leasing our second Mazda a pleasant experience. He went way beyond the call of duty. He could not do enough to please us. When I got to the dealership, I had been looking for about a month so I knew the price range that I wanted to be in. Victor took my price, told me what I could get for that price and after working the n about a month so I knew the price range that I wanted to be in. Victor took my price, told me what I could get for that price and after working the numbers actually came in a little bit under my price. When does that ever happen? When I went to the finance manager Danny, there was no pressure to add any accessories to the car, he just told me the options available and told me to call him the next day. It was like a breath of fresh air. Other dealers I went to I felt extreme pressure to buy that day but not at Wantagh Mazda. After doing my usual in-depth study of new cars that fit our criteria, we looked for a local dealer. Wantagh Mazda coincidentally had an ad in the auto insert of our local newspaper that caught my wife's ey our criteria, we looked for a local dealer. Wantagh Mazda coincidentally had an ad in the auto insert of our local newspaper that caught my wife's eye and off we went! We were warmly greeted by the staff in the showroom and, after browsing for a while, sat down with Victor. Victor was terrific! Never seeming to be in a hurry, he showed us the car in detail and offered a test drive. We were pleased by the car's performance, but were not sure this was the car for us. A week passed and we returned to the Wantagh Mazda. Victor again sat us down, offering to answer any questions we might have. He offered a second test drive, which we accepted. That made a difference. The car felt more comfortable and we were less anxious about the experience. Back at the dealership we sat down to talk dollars and cents. He and the finance manager took us through the usual hoops, but in a very professional and non-pressured manner. Once we met our price point, we shook hands. Several days later we sat down with Danny for the final go round of numbers and to review accessories for the car. Danny was also very professional and thorough in his presentation. Pick-up was scheduled for Thursday. Thursday came and, again, the staff at Wantagh could not have been easier to work with. I had some questions about the final figures that were answered to my satisfaction. We would definitely return to Wantagh Mazda in the future. The car is great, meeting our every need at this point in our lives, and, for once, we enjoyed the car buying experience. More
