A few weeks ago my car started shaking when I turned it on so I got it over to Hollywood Kia right away. Umar was extremely helpful in helping diagnose the issues (there were several) as well as assuring my warranty covered the maximum amount possible for the fixes needed. He answered my questions thoroughly and kept me updated through out the process. I am grateful for all of Umar and the team at Hollywood Kia's help. I will absolutely be going back there for my next car service (although hopefully not too soon!). More
