Waste of time I drive 45 minutes to look at a truck that I planned on buying. I was told the truck was there at 3pm. Mike Ayoub in sales found exactly the car I wanted, saw to it every discount or rebate was applied and then looked after the cars prep. Mike O'Connell skillfully guided the entire finance process, getting a low rate and made the process painless. I bought the car I wanted at the price I wanted and excellent terms. Sullivan has serviced all my cars and Mike Baker, the service manager, runs a topnotch service department. Starting with the service writers, Vic and Toby, have always taken good care of me and any service performed was done right. I have enjoyed my Buicks and enjoyed Sullivan's even more. More
