I recently purchased my new Honda Pilot from Valley Honda. We were grateful to have Victor Ramirez as our sales representative. Victor was extremely helpful at every step in the process. We had to change our scheduling number of times for initial dealer visit, test drive & eventual pickup and Victor made himself available whenever we wanted to. He explained every details of the car and the process. He offered us good deal and didn't try to over sale any packages or service. He even worked over time to have himself available for our late evening car delivery. He is extremely knowledgable , enthusiastic and friendly. He did follow up even after the delivery to check if everything was ok. It was extremely joyful to work with him and highly recommend Victor. More

We have been to many dealerships and have had the same annoying experience. Valley Honda and Victor are different. We had to wait to process the paperwork for our new Honda Odyssey but Victor made the pro annoying experience. Valley Honda and Victor are different. Was not pushed or rushed and was treated very well by every at a used vehicle , but was treated as well as looking for newer more expensive vehicle.
