I purchased a new car from Valley in 2018 and was pleasantly surprised at the low pressure and helpfulness of the dealership, therefore I returned in 2021. I couldn’t imagine the process would be be pleasantly surprised at the low pressure and helpfulness of the dealership, therefore I returned in 2021. I couldn’t imagine the process would be better during these Covid times than in 2018. It was better thanks to Victor Ramirez who was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Covid has changed car buying and cars are now reserved by customers before the car arrives to the dealership. Unfortunately Valley was unable to locate the model with the trim level we desired but did have an upgraded model which Victor advised the steps I should take if interested. I didn’t listen to him and lost an opportunity, but I am grateful in his honest advice in an attempt to help. I do not like the “new car” buying experience, so for me to say that I wish I could have purchased my new car from Victor is a testament of how helpful, knowledgeable and respectful he was throughout this process, even after I informed him we purchased a car from a different dealer. I visited five dealerships in 2 days with Valley being the first and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Honda visit Valley Honda before any other dealership. They were truly well above the other 4 dealerships in knowledge, customer service, respectfulness, customer service and price.
