Victor has sold me two vehicles and I appreciate his knowledge and forthright means of communication. He listened to my needs and wants and helped me find the correct trucks for me. Salesman Vic, was amazing and incredible. Great salesman ! However, I requested to speak with the GM and GM never come and spoke with me. The finance person goofed and forgot to give me my sa Great salesman ! However, I requested to speak with the GM and GM never come and spoke with me. The finance person goofed and forgot to give me my sales tax form and forgot to have me sign a document. Last the check engine light was on, and parts fixed it, but when I went to pick car up today, check engine light was still on before I left the lot. Spent 5 hours at the dealership waiting for it to be fixed. So, I can't give a full 5 stars except to Victor Riley ( salesman ). I'm hoping this car was not on bad choice on my part ... so fingers crossed. More
