Vin Kjersgaard was the best salesman I have dealt with!! My wife and I were searching for a vehicle. After much research on TrueCar we were down to 3 options. One of the vehicles was five minutes from o My wife and I were searching for a vehicle. After much research on TrueCar we were down to 3 options. One of the vehicles was five minutes from our house at a local Buick dealer. Another was at a dealer in VT. The third was at Sullivan Motors which was an hour and a half away. We took the drive out and that's where we met Vin. Vin helped us every step of the way. He made us feel comfortable. He did not pressure us. He allowed us to take our time after a great test drive to make our decision. Vin made the purchasing experience a great one! Vin made several promises to us and he kept them. We needed a few extra days and Vin guaranteed that he would hold the car. Vin held our vehicle until we put the finances together. Vin guaranteed that he could have the car delivered and it was. What really impressed me about Vin was his commitment to our satisfaction. Upon receiving the vehicle we realized that there was no drivers manual. I called Vin and he guaranteed that we would receive one within a week. Sure enough, we received it days later. Not only is Vin a man of his word, but his knowledge of the vehicle and all of the technology was very impressive.
