2017 2500HD I had called around to a few different dealerships trying to locate a vehicle. I initially spoke to Jack - but he was not very responsive to my needs I had called around to a few different dealerships trying to locate a vehicle. I initially spoke to Jack - but he was not very responsive to my needs. I then called and spoke to Vin who did what I wanted - followed through and went above with sending me a video of the vehicle. I had decided not to go through NW Hills because I did not like the service - even thought I had bough here before - to go a see the vehicle and meet Vin. Vin was great. It was because of him that I bought - Bryan, his manager came over at one point and pushed about me buying the vehicle - and I did not appreciate it. Vin just stayed true to providing the answers to my questions - doing what I had asked and did a great job. I would recommend him again. I will say at one point I was going to pass - due to how I felt the bait and switch happened with receiving $2500 if bonus and then paying a higher interest rate than what the market was of 2.9 to a high of 3.9. I'm paying 4.9 and with having to keep for 3 or 4 months makes it so the vehicle is not new so I then would be in used car rates - so limiting refinancing of it. More

Fair Deal on used Certified Car with trade in The negotiations were just ok at best.I was drawn to Dealership with internet pricing and negotiation began at lot price which was held for previous 6 The negotiations were just ok at best.I was drawn to Dealership with internet pricing and negotiation began at lot price which was held for previous 65days, and KBB pricing on my trade was printed out without the correct trim nor the options on this vehicle, The unfair price quote on trade in I believe was to make up for internet pricing on certified used car,yet in the end I feel I got a fair deal.Reading on to the End of this survey on GAP purchases I never heard of it.
