I purchase a 2016 Cruze and love everything about it. I always planned on my first car I purchased being a Cruze and this one exceeded my expectations. I was in the service department Monday getting my car worked on and while I was waiting decided to look around and spotted my now new car parked out front. I was able to look and see everything about it and fell in love. Within hour I was called back by vin and given numbers and ended up going back and taking it for a test drive. Once I pulled back into the parking lot I was sold and knew this would be my first new car purchase. Two days later I drove off in my fabulous new car!! My buying experience was very easy and I left a very happy customer. I would recommend northwesthills to anyone and I definitely will be going back in the future. More

Vin was straight forward and honest from the beginning. He didn't try to talk me in circles. The price they advertised was an actual price, that they honored. He didn't nickel and dime me, and even managed to further reduce it by 60 some odd bucks, and went and had the gas tank filled, when he didn't have to do so to make the sale. When I had questions, even though he probably knew the answer, he always went to verify with the appropriate person/department. Emails and calls were returned very promptly. Darren was also great to work with. Got me in and out. Overall great experience. More

Repeat Customer I had a good experience at Northwest Hills when I purchased my 2013 GMC Terrain. The car was trouble free since purchase, and the Service Department was great too deal with for the routine maintenance . So when needing a new car I decided to just have Vin sell me the 2017 version of the Terrain. There was no nonsense involved. He looked up my available rebates and discounts, gave me a price, and we were done. Then he took care of all the details, and I was able to pick up the care a few days later. It would have been even sooner except for a huge snow storm that shut down my bank for the day. More
