This is the 3rd time I've done car shopping in the last 5 years, and I've never had such a great time buying a car as I did with Vince at Palmen Racine. From the initial call with the internet sales manager to then being able to work with Vince, I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire process and it didn't feel like what most people associate with the car buying process. Vince did not try to sell me a car that I didn't want, and made every effort to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Even though it took more than one visit, I was confident I didn't need nor want to shop at other dealerships. Vince's level of service and commitment to the customer was something you don't often see at todays' dealerships. Not to mention, Racine Jeep was extremely willing to work with me on my existing trade, and made me feel like I was going to get a great deal on an awesome used 2013 Grand Cherokee. I felt I was treated fairly and received an excellent offer on my trade, more so than any other dealer was willing to negotiate on. The entire process was smooth, and the dealership didn't feel like a circus or zoo as many I have seen do. I will be buying my next car with Vince at Racine, in part due to the fact that the dealership itself impressed me so much. They honestly take the pain out of the normal shopping experience, and if you want a great deal without the standard hard-line sales approach, Palmen of Racine is the way to go. More

Let me just say it is total night and day between the two. Palmen of Racine has gained a customer for life. Vince was very honest and straight forward. You don't find that very often. He answered our questions and also showed us what we asked to see. He was not pushy at all. He didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time or try to force us into anything that we didn't want. Twice, he has rearranged his schedule and has come in on his day off in order to work around our schedule. We have never had any other car salesman do something like for us. Palmen Motors was exceptional in working with us to lease a new Chrysler Town and Country. They were professional, friendly and honest in their dealings. We were unsure of what we wanted in a new car and the a new Chrysler Town and Country. They were professional, friendly and honest in their dealings. We were unsure of what we wanted in a new car and they helped us test drive several types and answered our many questions about these cars. When we finally chose the car, they worked quickly and efficiently to deliver it to us and provided us with a wonderful deal. During all this time they were the most friendly and cooperative of all the dealers that we had visited up until then. It is a longer drive for us to go to their dealership but we will return to them in the future for our cars. More
