Had service on my 1994 Interga. I am very pleased with Vince Hancock because he is very professional and informative. I talked with the service director, Gary Callis, and told him thatr I am very pleased Vince Hancock because he is very professional and informative. My friend has a new CTS that needed service and for a loaner car they went next door to the dealer and they were given a Chevy from Enterprise Car Rental. I bought a new TL in 2006, and why I bought this at this dealer was because of the excellent service and the reputation of Acura cars. I been dealing with this company since 2004 for service and the 2006 which we bought new. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends or any one that would asked. Jerry and Paulette jaw More

Vince is great, loaner car is nice prices still too high. I understand the higher prices at a dealership to cover the loaner car and amenedies but somewhat competitive prices would be nice. Although the sales and finance department were substandard if you require to have your car serviced then Vince is the man to see. Unfortunately I had to visit the service department at the Acu substandard if you require to have your car serviced then Vince is the man to see. Unfortunately I had to visit the service department at the Acura dealership because the vehicle I purchased (only had for 3 weeks -2010 TSX) had issues. The transmission and various fluids had to be replaced. I would say a serious issue for such a newer vehicle. Anyhow,I had to leave my vehicle for 5 days for the repairs. Vince was my service representative and he took exceptional care of me as he had a loaner car ready and kept me informed every step of the way (more than I can say for the finance and sales department-see other review I posted). To be fair in light of the negative experience I have had so far with this dealership I was thoroughly impressed with the entire service department especially with the thoroughness and level of customer service Vince displayed. The dealership should recognize the importance of their employees projecting a professional image to customers and should be consistent as a whole not just one department. Way to go Vince and way to malke a positive out of a negative experience!! More

I live very close to another Acura dealer but travel across town to have my car serviced here due to the excellence and professionalism of the service department, especially Vince who is very knowledgea across town to have my car serviced here due to the excellence and professionalism of the service department, especially Vince who is very knowledgeable, customer focused and a overall a pleasure to work with. Vince Hancock has really gone out of his way over the past 5 years to take great care of my 2002 Acura MDX whenever it has needed service. I have gone to Acura of Peoria for service or when there is a problem with my TL. I made an appointment with Vince Hancock to see if one of the motor mounts was broken but it was worn not broken. If there i is a problem with my TL. I made an appointment with Vince Hancock to see if one of the motor mounts was broken but it was worn not broken. If there is a problem then Vince will explain what is wrong with my car and and how long it will take to fix the problem. Everyone was courteous and efficient in the service department. Also, they will wash your vehicle if you want them to after service has been completed. More
