They did their job as expected according to how they are trained. (Ben, Paul, Lisa) Hats off - good job in making the sale possible. Ben and Paul were experts in what they do. Also good job to Eugene in finance and Vince in service (Vince tried his best to get it right again - issues with the vehicle) Only person which I spoke on the phone which did not project a professional image was Lexie - boundary of being rude - sad to say the head of customer relations director was the one who can bring the whole team down. I had a simple request which she refuses to answer over the phone. She did not take into account that some people had to drive a distance to get to your lot, so it made sense to me to get it straighten out over the phone. In summary - it is CLEAR - SHE DID NOT CARE. For this, I would down-grade my overall experience from ok to being marginal. Ben, Paul, Lisa, Eugene, Vince - good job One more thing - before I close the sale with Lisa - I told her to buff the head lights since there were oxidation. She said, she will have people take care of it before driving off the lot. This did not happen. I pay attention to detail. This is part of customer service. Please dont promise something which you are not willing to do. If you dont do your research before going to any dealership - they will make a killing (not their fault but yours) This place is no different. The sales team was pleasant to deal with but will still try to get the most out of you (this is expected - its their job - its fair game upto this point) Update: (01/08/15) The night I took the car out of the lot to bring home - while exiting the freeway I noticed a thumping feeling on the brakes (this is a symptom of rotors not machined) They claimed every used car they sell undergoes 100+ point inspection. Don't believe a word they say. I inspected all the fluids myself (brake fluid, power steering fluid, coolant..etc.. - none of the fluids were at the normal levels, the power steering fluid was below the low limit) I called them the very next day (12/31/14) that's when I spoke to Lexie. I brought the car in so they could fix it (12/31/14) and (01/03/15). Vince in service did a good job in trying to patch-up (project a good image) between dealer and customer. Paul Brown (sales manager) also tried his best to make things right. In summary, the rotors were machined to fix the brakes, all fluids brought to expected normal levels, and the headlights were buffed as promised. This review is not intended to bash people that work there but will serve as a caution to buyers that go there. I am satisfied with how Paul handled the situation but I can not deny the facts that already happened. It is a lesson for them to learn. My best advice is to hold these people accountable to what they promise. Make sure they push-thru with what they told you. If not - walk away before signing anything..!!! In the end - I was happy with the car (this was not the issue) Customer service was the issue with empty promises. It only worked out for me since I do insist on what is right and promised. Do your shopping and proceed with plenty of caution and research. More

Aaron and his team were extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. When we left the evening of the purchase, we knew how to take advantage of the many high tech features of our car. The dealership is extremely well run and has the interests of its customers in mind above all else. More

Reliable advisor Vince was very friendly, personable, had appropriate customer relations skills, kneeling down to talk with me and explain my car evaluation and repair Vince was very friendly, personable, had appropriate customer relations skills, kneeling down to talk with me and explain my car evaluation and repair needs. He then also took the time to answer my questions, helping me prioritize which repairs to invest in currently (an old Acura my husband and I are trying to get by driving for another couple years). He also kept me updated on repairs thruout the week (parts had to be ordered so it took a while). I however did not experience a very warm greeting by Mike King; nothing horrific, but in the world of customer service, there should be a friendly greeting, I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm an animal being brought in for a line up. Mike did not have the patience or great customer skills that Vince did. I was in the dealership for hours waiting for my initial car diagnostics and had the opportunity to observe, compare & contrast the two advisors as they came to the customer lounge and Mike just didn't seem like he cared, he almost seemed annoyed, as if he was just saying, here's your key back, you're done. I know this is what they do day in and day out, but he really needs to put on his acting face and pretend to care more. Overall, I feel Acura dealerships are quite reliable for their service though I can't say the same glowing comments on a Scottsdale service advisor and that is why I have changed dealerships. It's a sigh of relief to get good customer service from beginning to end... it's really not that hard, it's just not. More

Had service on my 1994 Interga. I am very pleased with Vince Hancock because he is very professional and informative. I talked with the service director, Gary Callis, and told him thatr I am very pleased with the service techs and the loaner car program. My friend has a new CTS that needed service and for a loaner car they went next door to the dealer and they were given a Chevy from Enterprise Car Rental. I bought a new TL in 2006, and why I bought this at this dealer was because of the excellent service and the reputation of Acura cars. I been dealing with this company since 2004 for service and the 2006 which we bought new. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends or any one that would asked. Jerry and Paulette jaw More

Vince is great, loaner car is nice prices still too high. I understand the higher prices at a dealership to cover the loaner car and amenedies but somewhat competitive prices would be nice.
