This is my 3rd car purchased at Ray Catena in Edison and 2nd car purchased with Vince. He takes the pressure out of car buying by asking questions and finding a car that meets all my requests for the best deal. Vince is professional, detail oriented, honest, and an overall great person. I recently relocated to NY where there's a Mercedes dealership less than a mile away but still make the ~56 mile trip to NJ for all my car buying needs. I also drive to Ray Catena in Edison to get my car serviced because the lounge and customer service is unmatched. This is a true testament of how much I appreciate the experience at Ray Catena. Upon walking into Mercedes, we were pleasantly greeted by the staff at the front desk. Vince Peluso Jr. was our salesperson. After taking a test drive in the vehicle, we went over numbers and a deal was made. A very smooth transaction that I didn’t experience with other dealerships. In closing, Shawn showed us a tutorial of the vehicle inside and out. He explained every detail in the vehicle in a simple way that I would understand this new technology. He was patient and kind answering all my questions. More
