My husband and I purchased a pre owned Chevy Malibu about 2 weeks ago and our salesman Vinnie was so helpful he definitely went above and beyond to guarantee our satisfaction. He knew exactly what we were looking for and he was so patient and helpful. Vinnie deserves a raise he provided us with a 5 star experience for sure. More

Terrible dishonest service Do not bother believing anything they say they will do for you. So the dealership has had our van 3 days to put a hitch on it. We go pick it up on a Wednesday and they had removed the hitch that they installed (which was part of the deal) and said they can't put it on because some BS about a harness. They repaired the glass and made us a new key. They found a recall on the radio and said they would fix it while they had the vehicle. Well they couldn't fix the radio either! So they told us they would give us $100 toward a new radio which we are having put in anyway yet it delayed us from picking up our van. We won't hold our breath. They said the check would come from GM in 4 to 7 days. So, once I stopped flying around on my broom we told them to put the parts in the van and we would put on ourselves. This is after they put it on, took it off and said there was no harness to fit our van. So they still have our van because the guy said well we go ahead and wash it for you like they were supposed to and I said well that's just great you knew we would be here today, nothing is done and you still have to wash it? He said yes...well I said that's great, there better not be one fricken speck of dirt or s bug on it when we get it. To which he responded if you are taking it now we don't have time to detail it....wait for it...I said well you have had three days. My husband and I are going to dinner call us when it's clean, we never got a call that evening. We go at Noon the next day to pick it up. They never cleaned it! Then lied and said they didn't agree to clean it. The service manager said they do it to every car! I would have thought with the crappy service we received on everything else they would have took a little extra care in cleaning it to make things right since we were out our van 4 days! The lack of concern for our time and the lack of customer service was terrible. There are plenty of other places to buy a vehicle don't let the fancy dealership fool you. It looks good but it isn't. Our next vehicle purchase won't be from here and since our last 4 vehicles were GM we are rethinking that as well. Loyalty means nothing obviously. Just walked out to take the trailer hitch they put in the back of the van that they installed and then uninstalled out of the van and the idiots put it directly in the van no plastic or paper and there is grease all over the carpet! Inept! Idiots! Thanks a lot for nothing! Tim Shaw what are you going to do about that? More

My wife and I were shopping around for an SUV for her. Not being sure of which make or model would appeal or fit her small frame, we decided to go from dealership to dealership in the Kings Auto Mall area Not being sure of which make or model would appeal or fit her small frame, we decided to go from dealership to dealership in the Kings Auto Mall area. By the time we walked into McCluskey Chevrolet, we had visited 3 other dealerships and walked around their lots in the rain to see to test drive their cars. One salesman even had us walking around their lot in the rain looking for a car he couldn't find while offering us other cars we weren't interested in. Frustrated and wet we stopped at McCluskey's and were immediately impressed with the place. We met with Vince Summerlin who was polite and took the time to sit down with us and listen to what we were looking for. He offered us coffee and snacks and showed us what they had in inventory. Once we found one we liked, we stood up to go see it, but Vincent asked us to wait till he went out in the rain and pulled it up for us. That was a very nice surprise. It took us a couple more visits and email conversations before we found the one we liked. During the whole process, Vincent was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy to just make a sale, but made sure we had all our questions answered. If he's an example of the kind of service we can expect from McCluskey Chevrolet, I can see us returning here for all our automotive needs for many years to come. Great work Vince.
