The dealer charged significantly more labor hours than expected for the work performed. The billed time does not appear to match the actual repair requirements, and I would like a clear explanation of the expected for the work performed. My warranty paid 1279$ and I still had to extra 886$ included 100$ deductible .every job was billed one hour more than the book requires except the recall was billed at the right amount . The Mecanic or the tech and the service adviser makes more money if the screw the client because I’m not their client and they don’t care about repeat business , the only thing they care about is that week paycheck because I’m suppose to give credit when I see Mr Larry was about to tried to solve the problem but the service adviser said in my face don’t mess with my 230$ ….. Long story short I understand that I’m Not gonna be missed but taking my 7 cars somewhere else where I can be treated will be helpful for me. On a quick bite I had 3 jobs last month totaled 10k under warranty because I wanted to give yall buinesss even one of them required a release from the dealer I bought the car from just to give yall buinesss. More

Best Customer Service experience ever from Chris Hayden in the Service Department and Service Manager, Mr Larry Patterson. I was kept informed regularly of what was being done and completed on my suburban. in the Service Department and Service Manager, Mr Larry Patterson. I was kept informed regularly of what was being done and completed on my suburban. I was also given a brand new Tahoe and then a suburban for the time that my vehicle was being serviced. If I could give 10 out of 10 stars, I would. The best dealership with the best Service Department and best Service Advisors. Never going back to Westside Chevy!! More

Brought my Chevrolet Equinox 2020 1. 5L LT with a misfire like behavior and heavy acceleration. MAP and MAF sensors replaced but car still misfiring and jerking at around 35 - 55 mph aft 5L LT with a misfire like behavior and heavy acceleration. MAP and MAF sensors replaced but car still misfiring and jerking at around 35 - 55 mph after an entire week of hesitation on finding the real cause. Then came the final diagnostic: Torque Converter faulty and i should rather replace the whole transmission instead. Drove back home with a 8,700$ quote for transmission replacement then tried to just clean the Throttle Body throughly with a Throttle body cleaner. My car is back on track, no misfire, no jerking, speed recovered... What a 7 days waist :( More
