I have been going to Brilliance Honda for 3 years now. The service department "guys" are all so pleasant! It has to be because of management which extends to employees than onto customers. Last week leased another Honda Accord with Jeff Fournier who professional while at the same time so very friendly. He even helped me empty my turn in car. Overall you have an amazing team!! More
