Groove has always been a pleasure to work with... I'd already been using them for service, but this is my first experience purchasing a vehicle with them. The entire process was smooth and easy. Vincent (Sales) never pressured me and just allowed me to tell him what I was interested in. And when I informed him that I was shopping with a couple different dealerships, he didn't panic and I was never pressured to purchase from them. But they were the most communicative and easiest to work with of all the dealerships I contacts, they came in with a competitive price, so going with Groove was an easy decision. And the purchase process - finalizing the paperwork - was much easier and quicker than my previous new car purchases from other dealerships. I recommend Groove on Broadway for all Subaru needs. More
