Horrible expiernce at this dealership. No communication after I put a deposit down I had to constantly call the dealership. There was problems with the car which they did fix before I picked up . I went to pick up car and there detailer/mechanics damaged the rear fender.. they did end up fixing and came back the following week. Left us waiting for their finace guy to sign papers, as soon as we were done No one was there to put temp plates no one knew where the temp plates were. I have had better treatment from sales guys that do wholesale out of a trailers. Thumbs down to sales guys who lie instead of saying I will find out More

Stefransky is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional, as well as the balance of the team, including Mr. Vincent Joseph and Mr. Jason S. Lee. They are all complete gentlemen. Excellent Customer Service Ms. Wilson was the best client advisor I ever had. We were lucky that Ms. Wilson was able to take care of us. We drove 2 hours from Connecticut for he Ms. Wilson was the best client advisor I ever had. We were lucky that Ms. Wilson was able to take care of us. We drove 2 hours from Connecticut for her because Ms. Wilson was so great! When we arrived the dealer, Ms. Wilson was not at her desk and it was def worth to wait a little for her. She was so friendly and no pressure at all. She understood different situations and gave us enough time to look around and test drive the car. I highly recommend her to everyone. The manager Vincent also is an awesome guy! He gave us the best deal as he can, even it was a little higher than my "ideal" number, but it was realistic! Overall I had a such a good experience with them. I def will get my next BMW from them. More
