I have been serviced by Heiser for 15yrs! On my last visit a few weeks ago I was having some emotional difficulties and Peter in the service Dept was Very Understanding!! I have been using this dealership for many, many years. I am always happy with their service and all the people I have had through these years. Also, bought my cars from them. Vincent Lor and Joe Kucku I am always happy with their service and all the people I have had through these years. Also, bought my cars from them. Vincent Lor and Joe Kuckuk are very helpful, and seem to always care. James Hicks (whom I purchased my car from is very nice to deal with. Probably left out some names, but they know who they are!! Sum it up - never had a problem, and if you do they will take care of it. More

I brought my vehicle in for a recall. Got a call at 11 am telling me they were running late. Never heard back. Had to call twice and leave a message. Finally at 6 had someone drive me to Got a call at 11 am telling me they were running late. Never heard back. Had to call twice and leave a message. Finally at 6 had someone drive me to dealership. Cashier told me to go to service. Which was closed. Never received confirmation my recall was actually done? Still don’t know. 2 sales people contacted Manager on sight to get my keys. Drove home without paperwork, etc. i understand they just moved computer systems. But a phone call would have been nice to tell me my car was done. More
