Was charged $150 plus for a $1.50 fuse change. First told was a break switch to unlock transmission. Waited a day for the part. Service writer said it would be about 30 minutes. Came back later said it would was a break switch to unlock transmission. Waited a day for the part. Service writer said it would be about 30 minutes. Came back later said it would take two hours. Two hours later was informed it wasn’t the switch but a fuse. Total rip-off of a customer who has spent hundreds there. Won’t in the future. Looks like the service department is their only source of income. Buyer BEWARE! More

Heiser Toyota is the best dealership in Wisconsin. I have purchased two vehicles from them. Their word is good when they tell you something about service work. Another great job! Vincent checked me in for front and rear brakes and brake fluid flush. He let me know how things were going about halfway through. Everything was done in a timely manner.
