First attempt at service- called the day prior to confirm shuttle availability which they said they had. However, when I came the next day they said no shuttle was available for a minimum of 3 hours. Sec shuttle availability which they said they had. However, when I came the next day they said no shuttle was available for a minimum of 3 hours. Second attempt- tried again for service months later. Shortly after dropping off my vehicle I received a few calls from the dealership. After hours of attempting to call back and get ahold of the representative, I was told my car had been hit while on the lift in the service shop. This was due to negligence of a service tech that had not properly installed brakes on a vehicle behind mine. They did cover all costs and provided me with a loaner vehicle. However, this is still unacceptable service and I will use any other Toyota dealership in the future. More
