The staff called over the specialist, Vincent Napolino to help me. Sitting down with him , I knew immediately that I was in the right place and was going to get my new car that day! Vincent was very professional, courteous, and extremely knowledegable. He answered every concern and question I had. Usually, looking for a new car is something that I hate to shop for! Vincent made this experience easy and stress free. Within an hour and a half, paper work and all, I was able to pick up my new car the next day . "Product Specialist" was right on the money as well as being very respectable and professional. We were also treated in the same manner from John Molina, the finance director.
