He didn't try to put me just any truck, he had the truck that I saw on there website sitting out front ready for me to check out and test drive, no wandering around looking for it. Set up an evening to do the paper work. My Girlfriend and I came up to the dealership and we took another test drive (for her) in the truck that was ready for delivery, did the paper work and done. He synced my phone and down loaded the apps. Very helpful and will tell you anything you will need to know. More

We found him to be willing to help us understand the process and willing to communicate with us while the cars were being built. Vincenzo was meticulously careful to point out the new features of the vehicle that were of importance to safely operating them. I realize that I am not the average customer. I had already committed to the sale before I walked in to the dealership. I knew what the approximate price would be and had my financing settled in advance. Vincenzo was wonderful at focusing on the things I found important while still managing to cover all of the important items that had "slipped my mind". I was happy to deal with him and totally satisfied with how he dealt with me. More
