Vincenzo was meticulously careful to point out the new features of the vehicle that were of importance to safely operating them. I realize that I am not the average customer. I had already committed to the sale before I walked in to the dealership. I knew what the approximate price would be and had my financing settled in advance. Vincenzo was wonderful at focusing on the things I found important while still managing to cover all of the important items that had "slipped my mind".
