THE best car-buying experience ever! I called Vinny (sales) and told him the deal I got from Motorworld. Within a few minutes, Raymond (the GM) and Vinny had THE best deal anyone could of I called Vinny (sales) and told him the deal I got from Motorworld. Within a few minutes, Raymond (the GM) and Vinny had THE best deal anyone could offer and I placed a deposit on two vehicles. We filled out the financing paperwork and sent a few documents to them that they required. This process took only about 2 hours. Raymond told me that they would deliver the vehicles to my residence. I had to ask him to repeat what he said. I never heard of that before then. The next day, I had 2 new vehicles delivered to my home by Vinny and Jordan. They were both personable, professional, and overall just awesome. I signed the required paperwork and they left with my two older vehicles (after showing both of us some neat features of both vehicles). I NEVER EVEN STEPPED FOOT IN THE DEALERSHIP!!! That was best car-buying experience EVER! The next day, I had to call with an update of my insurance card because my insurance company annotated the incorrect VIN on one of the vehicles and had a question about the refundable deposit. I spoke to Anthony T. He was extremely receptive, professional, energetic, and easy-going. I sent him the updated insurance card and he gave me an answer to my question without issue. We talked for a longer time because he was very personable (just like the others listed above). 😎 Overall GREAT experience and will see them again for routine service and in a year to buy another car once my lease is up on my Honda. Thank you for making this an easy experience and quite honestly, for keeping your promises. Not a lot of dealerships remember what they say anymore. See you soon. Many thanks again. More
