Deceiving! They would get negative stars if possible!! We wanted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership but we were only willing to spend a certain amount o They would get negative stars if possible!! We wanted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership but we were only willing to spend a certain amount on the monthly payment. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to our monthly payment and what we assumed on a 72- month used car loan, which is the standard for banks to approve. Although it was late and the dealership was closing soon, they kept insisting that we sign off on everything that night. We rushed through the documents, only to find out a week later when we received a notice from the bank, that the loan wasn't approved because 84-months was too long for a used car loan. We couldn't believe they had the decency to do such a thing, especially after reaching a verbal agreement. It's not standard practice to apply for an 84-month loan, especially for a used car and most banks will not approve it. However, their bank of course did, which put us in a really bad situation. They were very aware of this and still proceeded to go along with it. So we basically paid a lot more for the overall value of the car, and they were very manipulative on how they went about it. We dealt with the manager, Ray McGarry, who of course insisted had done nothing wrong. On top of everything, the car wasn't prepped to be sold and had stains all over the backseat, even after a detailing which we came back and insisted on. I would never go back to this dealership to be treated in such a way and taken advantage of, so please do your research and look over everything closely if you are ever in a similar situation. It's typical in today's day and age that every car dealership you encounter will try to get the most out of you, but they went far beyond and it's a shame they continue to take advantage of innocent people. More
