The experience was very calm, very professional...not like in other dealer that we went before in Delrey (Gunther Volvo), where the sales representative didn't have anything better to do that day, other than wasting our time with ridiculous fees and bragging that he makes more deals than anybody (never go to delray to get a Volvo, drive a little bit more to go to Weston).
