He was very knowedgeable on the cars features, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the cars many safety and personal benefits. He told me to come back anytime with questions and he would be more than happy to help. The Volvo manager Guillermo was also very accomadating. I have dealt with Luis, Joe and Adam for the past few years in the service department, and have always been impressed with the treatment I have received as a Volvo car owner.
