What I received instead was the most open and caring response I could have ever imagined. She invited me to come to the dealership and welcomed me into her office. She not only listened to my concerns but also asked the Service Manager to join us and together they made sure all of my concerns were addressed to my complete satisfaction. Vinny was and has always been honest, helpful, patient, and a pleasure to work with. I'm not sure if/when or ever I will need or want to get another vehicle, but if I do I will be going back to Tamiami Hyundai to see Vinny once again.
