I first went came across CDJR of Leesburg by doing an internet for local dealers of Ram trucks. Their website was very easy to use and their prices seemed very fair. I found the exact truck I was looking for and requested a sales rep to reach out. Guido reached out to me promptly and asked if I had any questions and if would I be interested in looking at the truck. A few days later I came down and I was immediately greeted by Guido and his sales team. Guido started working on my vehicle's trade in value while Ibra (one of Guido's sales teammates) and I went to see the truck and take it for a drive. When I came back Guido had my vehicles value ready to go, which was very fair and showed me a breakdown of the total cost if I decided to move forward. The pricing was very fair, better than anywhere else I looked. It was a very easy sales experience. From start to finish only took a few hours. Since my purchase Guido has reached out several times and has helped me setting up appointments to have my windows tinted as well as have a spray in bed liner done.
