Highly unethical practices A few weeks ago my son and I went to Nissan Lynnfield to test drive an Altima. We had a wonderful salesperson, Adriano Carlo. He was very personable a A few weeks ago my son and I went to Nissan Lynnfield to test drive an Altima. We had a wonderful salesperson, Adriano Carlo. He was very personable and not at all pushy. My son wasn’t ready to purchase that day but we came back the following week to test the car again trying to narrow the options. We dealt with a different sales person who was pretty new. After my son did his test drive he really didn’t like the pickup in the car. So Vinny Varacalli stepped and showed us a 2018 Maxima. It was in the showroom and my son really liked it so he test drove another 2018 Maxima to see if he liked the drive. He really liked it so we put a $200 deposit on the one in the showroom and said we couldn’t come back until the following Monday. We went back and found out that they sold the car. Not one person, the salesperson or the manager, called my son to ask if he still wanted to buy the car. Needless to say we were highly disappointed. So it may not be illegal, it is highly unethical!!! Vinny tried to find that exact car somewhere but couldn’t. He only did this to try to calm me down. By the way the person that allowed the sale was a General Manager, Cavan Dunn. Apparently he wasn’t concerned about another potential customer who put a deposit on a car. The only save in grace was Adriano who saw us and wanted to help and make us happy. He bent over backwards to find another car with different interior that the dealership then changed out the leather to replicate the original car. The only reason we ultimately bought the car was because of Adriano. He truly is an outstanding individual. So while I would not recommend anyone buying a car at this dealership, if you do, PLEASE only deal with Adriano. My son definitely got an education on sleazy, unethical car salespeople. More

The experience was so great that when my rogue recently was totaled in an accident there was no question on where I would be purchasing my next vehicle. A few months earlier we had come in for service and always scope out the show room. Alex menenendez Approached us. While we were not in the market for a new vehicle he still took the time and chatted with us giving us more knowledge of the vehicle I had. Not once tried to push anything on us and knew we were not buying and didn't walk away or ignore us. (Like MOST sales people). When we came back into Kelly Nissan when the rogue got totaled. Alex was the exact person we wanted to help us get into another vehicle. He took the time to figure out what my needs in a vehicle were and dealt with my crazy anxiety about color and size lol. He’s been great every step of the way!! I also need to acknowledge Vinny Varacalli one of the managers there. He was great! He took the time to price out a rogue vs rogue sport to see the pricing for where I wanted to be. We didn’t even ask but he took the time to see all angles. I really can’t say enough good things about this dealership. If you have the chance to work with Alex and Vinny when purchasing a new vehicle you won’t be disappointed at all!! More
