Efficient Service With Friendly Banter I recently purchased a certified, one owner, 2015 Nissan Rogue here. It was my second time returning here after showing interest in getting a "new" car, but wasn't quite sure the time was right for my purchase, initially. I called the dealer I had dealt first time around to tell him what exactly what I wanted ahead of time. He had the perfect vehicle pulled for me to look at. It was exactly what I wanted! There was a bit of going back and forth to get my payments exactly where I needed them to be, but they ultimately made it happen, and without making me feel anything other than absolutely efficient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this particular dealership. More to the point, I highly recommend going in to see my dealer, who will have you at ease and laughing and enjoying the experience. Awesome Our appointment was for 10:00 on a Saturday to talk about turning the lease in early. Corey introduced himself and we sat at his desk. After talking about what I was looking for in the new Murano; we went out to the lot. Corey was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. It took us awhile to pin point which car we wanted, we talked about the new lease options & we drove off the lot less than three hours in our new Murano. I am happy with my choice. When I went back for my registration & sticker, Corey made sure everything was fine & told me my first oil change was on him. Thank you! More

I confirmed by both email and I had an appointment to see a 2017 blue, automatic Fiat 500 Pop Hatch tonight at 7:00 at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield (MA). I confirmed by both email and phone this morning and Brianna Deleon confirmed again this afternoon. When I called to tell them I was a few minutes late they informed me that the car was white, not blue as advertised on their website. I was a little disappointed but thought it was worth a test drive anyhow. When I arrived they told me that the car was a manual transmission, not automatic as advertised, and there was a sign on it saying "reserved for Judy". On my way home, another 35 miles, I called and asked a manager, Vinnie, why the sign was there. He said he didn't know and he'd have to get back to me. The only person who actually seemed to care was Ryan Furbush. More

We were greeted by such a nice person who directed us to Tim O’Leary , who became our sales rep. Tim was so knowledgeable of the vehicle in question ( all questions we asked he was right there with the answers ) he took the time in telling us all about the car, we never felt rushed, we actually felt like we were the only ones in the showroom , after we picked the car it came down to numbers , that’s where Vinnie comes in he did a great job explaining the leasing policies and wanted to make this deal happen and to make us happy ( he was successful) , now on to signing some papers and finishing the lease with Carl finance manager and just a real nice guy , he took the time to explain everything to us might have taken awhile for us to understand everything but that didn’t seem to bother him at all ! He wanted us to be happy and with a little doing we definitely were ... thank you alll so much More
