Professional Outstanding Service! I have purchased many vehicles in the past from different dealerships. I do not enjoy buying cars and have had some bad experiences. Walking into Ke I have purchased many vehicles in the past from different dealerships. I do not enjoy buying cars and have had some bad experiences. Walking into Kelly was like a breath of fresh air. I met with Vinny Varacalli who walked over and introduced himself. He was about as honest and professional as you can get. We traded in a vehicle and purchased a used vehicle. He was humble to our financial situation and up front from start to finish. At first a thought something must be wrong? As he walked away i watched his employees smile and chat with him. That's when I realized this guy has a big heart and absolutely loves what he does for work. Qualities like this are hard to come by especially in the car business where everyone is about the money not the customer. I own and operate my own company, employees like this are few and far between. Kelly Nissan should be thankful and proud Mr. Varacalli. Efficient Service With Friendly Banter I recently purchased a certified, one owner, 2015 Nissan Rogue here. It was my second time returning here after showing interest in getting a "new" ca I recently purchased a certified, one owner, 2015 Nissan Rogue here. It was my second time returning here after showing interest in getting a "new" car, but wasn't quite sure the time was right for my purchase, initially. I called the dealer I had dealt first time around to tell him what exactly what I wanted ahead of time. He had the perfect vehicle pulled for me to look at. It was exactly what I wanted! There was a bit of going back and forth to get my payments exactly where I needed them to be, but they ultimately made it happen, and without making me feel anything other than absolutely efficient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this particular dealership. More to the point, I highly recommend going in to see my dealer, who will have you at ease and laughing and enjoying the experience.
