Chris, Vinny, Gary and Paul were all professional and friendly, there were no hassles and they all helped to make the process as easy and agreeable as possiible. They were open and honest and went above and beyond to provide us with superb service. I was not expecting to purchase a new Highlander as I thought it would be more then I wanted to spend on a car. Chris and Vinny were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in assisting my family make the decision lease a 2011 Highlander. There was no pressure put on us. We were able to leave the dealership, do our research and come back to finish the deal. The paperwork process was easy and there was no pressure to purchase anything additional at the end. I received a fair price for my trade in and was able to negotiate more to help make the deal more attractive. I would definitely recommend Chris and Vinny and Freehold Toyota to my friends and family in the market for a car. I was a little apprehensive as to what to except when I walked into the dealership but then there was Vinny with a big hello and smile and said how can I help you today? We were recommended to Paul Leahy at DCH Freehold Toyota by my father's trusted friends at B&R Diagnostics on Staten Island. My husband and I had been carpooling to work for a while with his car, but I had by my father's trusted friends at B&R Diagnostics on Staten Island. My husband and I had been carpooling to work for a while with his car, but I had just gotten into a program at a school in a different area and we realized we needed a second car so I could get to and from class. I just wanted a decent used car with a reputation for reliability like a Toyota or Honda, and something that fit within our pretty limited budget. My father went with me, and immediately upon entering the building a helpful staff member led us to Mr. Leahy. As he and my father had spoken earlier, Mr. Leahy had an idea of what we were looking for, and had thoughtfully already gone through the inventory in anticipation of our arrival and found a few possible matches for us. He made us feel at ease and soon introduced us to Mr. Vitolo, who had at hand the details of the vehicles in question. One thing we were impressed with was that the first thing Mr. Vitolo did when presenting us with a possible match was give us the Carfax history of the car. He then sat with us and patiently went through the pros and cons of various available vehicles and answered all of my (sometimes probably rather silly) questions. When my father and I were in need of a moment to talk it over, Mr. Vitolo considerately left us to ourselves for a little while. At no point did we feel pressured or misled, in fact we were very impressed with his honesty, friendliness, and candid conversation. In the end we ended up test-driving and buying the first car he had mentioned to us, the one which he had thought most fit my needs and budget. It was a used Honda that had seen its share of adventures but was in immaculate condition and had been well maintained --- it even has brand new tires! We were very happy with the vehicle, the price, and the professional, amicable service we enjoyed in the care of Mr. Leahy and Mr. Vitolo. It was a pleasant experience that has left me with a car I feel I will be able to count on and enjoy for years to come. Thanks, gentlemen! More

Not only were they very knowledgeable and courteous in dealing with us, but we were very impressed with how they and the entire staff worked well together and truly seemed to like each other. We ordered a remote-start system and a roof rack, which are dealer-installed options and they made sure that we got the best remote start system and arranged for prompt installation. Between the low-pressure atmosphere, terrific sales staff and the modern facilities we were left feeling very comfortable with the dealership and will definitely be coming back for all servicing. Thanks also to the managers Mark Clifton and William Liang, who stopped by frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. They made us feel like VIPs throughout the entire process.
