We received a flyer regarding our 2006 Toyota Highlander. My daughter and I decided to bring the car in. Vinny met us at the door. He was very friendly, enthusiastic, extremely nice and personable. We tol My daughter and I decided to bring the car in. Vinny met us at the door. He was very friendly, enthusiastic, extremely nice and personable. We told Vinny about the flyer we had received and he introduced us to Darryl Lauricella. We told Darryl what we had and we were offered a very good price for the Toyota Highland. I then informed Vinny that we also had a Honda Accord EX that we would like to trade in. Darryl gave us a quote for the Honda Accord sight unseen, which was also very good. Vinny told us that we could trade both cars in, and roll everything into a new lease for a Toyota Corolla Sport with no money out of pocket. The reason my daughters and I were looking to trade in our used cars was to avoid any problems or expense with them in the future and Vinny and Darryl enabled us to do that almost effortlessly. I cannot thank them enough for being so honest and working with us to achieve our ultimate goal. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Vinny for all his help and guidance. More

On 12/6/11 I leased a 2012 Camry LE at DCH Toyota in Freehold. My salesman was Vincent Vitolo. It is impossible to say too many good things about Vinny. I found him to be warm, humorous, helpful, and Freehold. My salesman was Vincent Vitolo. It is impossible to say too many good things about Vinny. I found him to be warm, humorous, helpful, and (yes) honest! I first met Vinny in October when I made a spur of the moment visit to Freehold Toyota to see if they had the new 2012 Camry in the show room. The new Camry had not come in yet and Vinny had only one brochure because they had not come in yet either. But Vinny took the time to tell me what he knew about the new Camry and gave me his one and only brochure. I was really impressed by his friendliness and down to earth style, and I thought I would keep him in mind if I decided to buy another Camry. When I did decide to turn in my leased 2009 Camry and lease a new one, I remembered Vinny and requested that he handle the deal – even though there are other Toyota dealers closer to where I live. It was definitely the right decision, because Vinny made the experience of getting a new car (which I usually find highly stressful) the best new car experience I have ever had. For this transaction I initially dealt with an online representative, Rob Barbieri, who I found to be very helpful and informative and who provided excellent follow up. The day I leased my vehicle I worked with Justin in finance and he was also wonderful to work with. In sum, everyone I worked with at DCH Toyota was highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in purchasing or leasing a Toyota. I will certainly recommend them to my family and friends – and in particular I highly recommend salesman Vincent Vitolo to anyone in the market for a Toyota! More

My experience was fantastic from the minute I walked in. I don't like being pounced upon by sales persons and I wasn't. I was looking for about five minutes and Vinny asked "can I help you". I said I was ju I don't like being pounced upon by sales persons and I wasn't. I was looking for about five minutes and Vinny asked "can I help you". I said I was just looking and he said "we allow that". I explained I had an old 1999 Rav 4 and only like manual transmission cars. Since there are not many left, Vinny suggested I look at the Scion. I had seen them around but knew nothing about them. Vinny explained the reason for the model and pricing. I liked the 'lines' of the car and then sat inside. He was extremely friendly and most importantly informative. I originally was thinking I could only afford a preowned vehicle (my Rav 4 was purchased there), but Vinny showed me I could not only afford it comfortably, that I would be getting a brand new car with no mileage and full warranty. We setup an appointment to test drive two days later and I really liked the way the car handled and especially the 6 speed manual transmission. The cargo space is also awesome with the rear seats down. Within three hours of coming in at 2:40PM, which I thought was awesome especially being after 5PM, Vinny had all the paperwork done and I drove out that night with the car. I also met the Scion Sales Manager who was also very friendly and informative, and Justin Reibschied from financial services recommended some great extra warranty coverages that added an extremly small amount to thr original payment; less than 5%. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and since my last two cars have been purchased from DCH Freehold Toyota Scion, I recommend them as the best. Keep up the great work and thank you all!! More

I was looking for a Highlander and was not sure if I could afford one that was well equipped and in good enough shape to withstand my high mileage demanding driving requirements, as well as my towing ne could afford one that was well equipped and in good enough shape to withstand my high mileage demanding driving requirements, as well as my towing needs. I found a great 2008 Limited (no less) and we worked out the numbers to my satisfaction. Because it was pre-owned and had I added an extended warranty to also meet my higher than average mileage needs, I am confident that i will not have major problems that cannot be addressed by a great service team, like the one Mark Lefkus leads. They put a toyota hitch on the vehicle in record time and it was ready to tow for me the day I picked it up! Thank you very much guys, I am settling in with my first Toyota and really enjoying the ride, the comfort and professional way I was treated at the dealership. I have recommended many people to go there and try a Toyota from DCH! More

Dealership was very accommodating; pricing was fair, they got me the vehicle that I was looking for in the specific color that I wanted from a dealership out of state. Experience was very good ... still feel that the after-market process is an anachronism that should be eliminated. Not the fault of Levie Frink who was just trying to do his job but we felt we were after-market process is an anachronism that should be eliminated. Needless to say there are many Toyota dealerships in the tri-state area (NY, NJ & CT). In my area alone (Queens, NY) there are at least half a dozen that I can easily visit and purchase from. However, there tri-state area (NY, NJ & CT). In my area alone (Queens, NY) there are at least half a dozen that I can easily visit and purchase from. However, there are none that equal the professionalism, knowledge and simply put “friendliness” that DCH Freehold Toyota provides. In the past twelve years or so I’ve purchased three vehicles from Freehold Toyota and each time they’ve proven to me without a doubt they were truly worth the trip. I can say with complete sincerity, their sales staff go above and beyond anything you might have experienced in the past, at any other dealership, Toyota or otherwise. My last purchase alone, both Vinny Vitolo and Paul Solomon made buying a 2012 Highlander no more stressful than practically picking up a newspaper at the corner store. Vinny was knowledgeable, leaving no question unanswered, polite, and generous to a fault ... he offered a slice of pizza from his lunch! Paul, handling the financial aspect of the purchase, was no less wonderful. Every step was explained and at no point did I feel pressured. In every sense of the word these men are gentlemen (as are all the employees of DCH Freehold Toyota) and that’s part of what you’re hoping for when dealing with sales staff. When once there were doubts and perhaps second thoughts after making such a large purchase, now only exists the very excitement at seeing my new vehicle in the driveway. Thank you DCH Freehold Toyota. More
