This dealership treated us like we were VIPs. They had just what we wanted and worked with us all day. I cannot say enough nice things about the client advisor Vincent Vitolo. The Toyota dealership on route 9 in freehold is amazing. The gentleman there that took care of us Vincent (Vinny) went over and beyond for. Vinny went above and beyond for us. He never tried to talk me into anything said I could take my time and think it over. Excellent customer service. Vinnie was the best! I got exactly the car and color I wanted. Purchasing the car long distance from Virginia was a bit of a hassle, but Vinnie wal Vinnie was the best! I got exactly the car and color I wanted. Purchasing the car long distance from Virginia was a bit of a hassle, but Vinnie walked me through things. He even contacted me to be sure I got back to VA safely and that I loved my car! I was impressed with the longevity of Vinnie with this dealership and others as well. Gave me a sense of confidence they were honest folks. I highly recommend these folks! PS. I also observed Vinnie dealing with 2 of his previous customers who were there to get their license plates put on.. he was familiar, courteous and remembered about their vacation. Nice personal touch. More
