So, lets st We purchased a 2020 Honda CRV. The words to describe our buying experience at Honda of Hackettstown do not exist in the English language. So, lets start with courteous, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, humorous, and empathetic. We had been driving a 2008 Honda CRV, purchased new, and had been quite comfortable with 2008 automotive technology. As we are in our seventies, we were amazed at how much the technology had changed. Rob helped make the transition to 2020 automotive technology almost completely anxiety free. He spent all the time we needed to feel somewhat comfortable in our new to us car. He said to return to the dealership with any problems, and he would be happy to help. We traded in our high milage 2008 CRV. Even though there were a couple of mechanical issues, they gave us the full KBB value as a trade in allowance. The other five star member of the team was Vinny Werdann. He explained the finance process and all the terms and conditions. We knew exactly what we were signing for and how much we were spending. Very reassuring. He was very patience and willing to work things out and answered all my questions. He provided me with a variety of cars with different options. The buying process was smooth and transparent. There were no hidden fees, and Vinny from the finance group was also very knowledgeable and helpful, very pleasant to work with. Vinny helped me secure financing and gave me tips on how to take care of my new car. The process was quick and I was in and out within an hour. I could not speak more highly of the team at Honda of Hackettstown! I was calling around to try to find a CR-V Hybrid at MSRP. Most dealerships wanted me to come in before they'd even answer the question Hackettstown! I was calling around to try to find a CR-V Hybrid at MSRP. Most dealerships wanted me to come in before they'd even answer the question (which is an answer in and of itself). I reached Thom on my initial call and we had a deal done in 5 minutes. I took the ride out a few days later and met with Kevin to put down the deposit. 6 weeks later and I was driving my new car home. Such an easy, painless process throughout, including signing all of the paperwork with Vinny in the finance dept. Honesty and respect go a long way in my book (and in my willingness to travel to make the purchase), and Honda of Hackettstown delivered in spades. Could not recommend them any more highly. More
