Greg assisted me in the purchase of my second hand 2017 Honda Civic EX-T on August 20, 2020. I had been researching the car I wanted for months to purchase as a birthday present to myself and Greg was very Honda Civic EX-T on August 20, 2020. I had been researching the car I wanted for months to purchase as a birthday present to myself and Greg was very honest, fair and helpful. I had arranged for finance through my credit union and when they were unable to pull through on the day, despite my being pre-approved and them only needing the vehicle purchase order, he was very patient and arranged for a better APR rate through Honda finance. We had a few hiccups then forwarding the necessary documents to my insurance company, but again Greg was super patient and pleasant. At the end of the day I spent the better part of 4 to 5 hours in the show room. Throughout the entire experience, Greg Sangor checked in with me to ask if I had any questions/concerns and then made sure that the boys gave Felix (thats what I named him) a good detail before bringing him out for me. Very attentive and a real gentleman, I would definitely recommend him and Honda of Hackettstown to friends and family. I would also like to give recognition to finance rep, Vinny Werdann. He took me through everything, making sure I understood the fine details and made recommendations tailored to my specific situation. I usually do not write reviews, good or bad, but the experience I had with Greg in sales, Tom the sales manager, and Vinny in Finance was too good not to write about. In the past, I worked in the auto experience I had with Greg in sales, Tom the sales manager, and Vinny in Finance was too good not to write about. In the past, I worked in the auto industry for over 15 years as a mechanic at a dealership and then as a service advisor, service manager, and some time in sales at a large independent center. I have also bought new cars at various branded dealerships. I have never seen such honest and easy to deal with service that Greg and Honda of Hackettstown provided. They gave me the best price, the first time, with no pressure or haggling. I then checked that price with other dealers and it could not be beat. Finalizing the deal and doing the final paperwork was also fast and pain-free. They truly have a customer for life. More
