Perhaps, the worst experience ever after the sale, i purchased a used vehicle at a fair price. No, trade in and everything was good in less than 18 hours. I received a personal email because I'd showed purchased a used vehicle at a fair price. No, trade in and everything was good in less than 18 hours. I received a personal email because I'd showed interest in that vehicle. Putting the vehicle on sale And offering the opportunity for a test drive, apparently.Marketing was not aware that the vehicle had already been sold to me.But did offer me a sale price on it twenty six hundred dollars less than previously advertised in two thousand less than I paid for it, I was rather frustrating to say the least.When I called to question it, I have called four times talked to numerous people.And nobody will give me a call back.And nobody will answer the questions as to why there is a difference of $1966.00 plus tax between what I paid and the offer I was given again less than 18:00 after the purchase. In my feelings that difference should be reimbursed back to me. But again, I cannot seem to get a return phone call to get to a solution. I do not and will not recommend them. More

Love this man, he's so friendly and pleasant, he got involved with what could have been a failed sale but stepped up and took care of us. The second time bringing in my ride I was giving a new Jeep to drive. This was a blessing, have a difficult time getting in and out of low cars. The Daytona sits up high enough for easy entry and exit. My Jeep to drive. This was a blessing, have a difficult time getting in and out of low cars. The Daytona sits up high enough for easy entry and exit. My car was completed late afternoon on Thursday. Although not fully charged on arrival. The Dealership was busy with another Daytona sell. I understand. It was put on the DC fast charger and I was on my way in no.time. I took the extra free time to order mud guards from.Logan in the parts department. Alex and I reviewed the work performed and talked about the next visit.. CDJR of Frisco is great and I would buy another car from.them.in the future. Highly recommend others to buy from this location. Especially if you are looking for a Daytona. Johnathan is my go to sales rep. More

Salesman was great, his name was Big Al. Very personable and friendly probably the only reason we didn’t walk away. But the finance dept could use a little training in professionalism. They “accidentally” added over 1k to the agreed upon price while we were signing paperwork, good thing I caught it. This was after we declined the extended warranty. After we declined it, he got real short with us and seemed like he didn’t care very much. I also asked if they would see if a different lender could offer us a better rate, and he straight up said no, we should have walked. He just said no, the rate we were getting was as good as it would get. Come to find out, less than 24 hours later they had already sold our debt to a lender for $2500. I’ve never heard of a dealership not offering to try and get a better rate. Overall the finance dept left a very sour taste in our mouths and we won’t be using this dealership for our next 2 purchases within the next year. It’s not because we didn’t negotiate or get our price we wanted, it’s because it felt like some shady stuff was happening. How does more than $1k get added to the price without us even discussing it? More
