DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! We dropped our minivan off to have a simple door handle fixed on Friday. Called Saturday afternoon to see if it was fixed. One of the mechanics “called in sick”, (as if they only have one mechanic) so apparently no one else could. No one called us to tell us there was any delay either. Now they say it’s going to be Monday before it’s ready. This is the only vehicle we have, and need to get our kids to school. THEY DON’T CARE!!!! More
