Luis and Vitalie were excellent salespeople, friendly, knowledgeable, and very low-ke We had a very pleasant truck buying experience at Tropical Ford. Luis and Vitalie were excellent salespeople, friendly, knowledgeable, and very low-key. They thoroughly explained all of the features of our new truck and made sure we knew where to go when we bring it back for the free oil changes. The facilities were nice without being over-the-top. While we completed the paperwork process with Jose, Luis and Vitalie made sure the gas tank was filled and the truck was immaculate for us to drive home. We have used other Ford dealerships in the past but we will definitely do business at Tropical Ford from here on. More
