I had already been coming to Herb Chamber Mercedes of Natick to service my car for several years . Dropped off my car for service and was looking on the showroom floor . Vito Argote asked the right questions and pointed me to the perfect car loaded with the technology my old one did not have. He explained all the important things that were different that i wanted to know and took a test drive with him explaining as we went. Walked out at the end of the day with my new car. Vito stayed extra late which i really appreciated . He has called with follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied and that there were no issues.
