These two did everything they could to make sure I left with the vehicle I came in to test drive, and I don’t mean in a pushy way. The price the car was listed for online was actually the price when I got there, with no catch. So between that and working with Vito, who was so helpful, kind and efficient, it really made me want to buy from them. I wasn’t there to buy a Benz, and I still felt comfortable and welcomed. I found the suv that I had been searching a while for online and it was for sale at this location. Even though this car wasn’t what they are used to selling and was much less expensive than the cars they had, I was still treated as a valued customer. Their finance department was also amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. After we did the paper work, I figured I would come back the next week or so when the car was ready. As efficient as they are, they were getting it ready while I was there. I came back with my car to trade in, Vito put the plates on and helped me figure out the Bluetooth. Vito made sure everything was all set and that I knew how to work everything before I left. If I’m ever in the market for a Benz I will most definitely come to this Mercedes Benz of Natick and see Vito. Do not hesitate to contact them! Vito was extremely helpful and honest every step of the way. I’m just blown away that I left with the car I wanted, the same day that I went in just to test drive it.
