Vito responded honestly when he did not know the answer to a particular question, but quickly found out the answer and got back to me promptly with a carefully researched explanation. Caroline delivered our car and she is exceptional. She is knowledgeable, kind and very patient. I was not surprised to learn that she is a registered nurse. Overall this is an extraordinary team.
