I purchased a 2021 GLA 250 on July 31. I traded a 2016 Audi, and the entire Experience was excellent! Rafaro, Vito and Bernard assisted me, and made the buying decisions simple. Nick and Vito Went out of their way to help get that car delivered to me on Monday night. They set me up with an appointment with Johnny, to learn the technology features in the vehicle. Johnny could not know more about that vehicle than he does! He was patient, went over every feature, and made sure I knew how to use the features available to me. His product knowledge is off the charts. If you were in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, either new or used, you could not find a better group of people than at Herb Chambers Mercedes.
