Through email Jason set up an appointment for me to have my sun visor replaced under my warranty. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment Viviana told me I was already past the warranty. When I explai my sun visor replaced under my warranty. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment Viviana told me I was already past the warranty. When I explained that my purchase was relatively recent she said that they wouldn't be able to do anything because the part needed to be ordered. I told her the part was already ordered and had already arrived. She left for several mins to check on that. When she finally returned she said that I came late. I asked her what she meant. She told me that she only had technicians until 4pm but Jason scheduled my appointment for 4:15 so that was confusing. Overall I was made to feel like I was totally inconveniencing her and the dealership. It was a little frustrating as I had rushed there straight from work to make the scheduled appointment only for her to treat me like I showed up at closing unannounced. Once the service was complete she was pleasant. She even smiled as I was leaving. Both the younger gentlemen who greeted me as I pulled up to be serviced were nice and friendly. More

I moved to the area 1 1/2 years ago. This was my FIRST time at this dealer. All of the things noted for attention were not addressed. Although a couple were due to lack of parts. This vehicle has been maintained only by authorized Honda dealers since new (Long Beach Honda). I will continue to use this dealer unless circumstances warrant a change.
