I have never in my entire 66 years had such a bad experience at the Newport Ritchie and Wesley Chapel dealerships. Everybody is a liar. You never can talk to a manager. I would personally not purchase a vehicle here again. Process of buying was fine, however the car was supposed to have ceramic coating and all this extra stuff they claim is $2000 package but looking at Process of buying was fine, however the car was supposed to have ceramic coating and all this extra stuff they claim is $2000 package but looking at the vehicle it wasn't done. Also I was told it was detailed but since they had to drive it to me it got dirty. Not sure how windows inside and floors got dirty except drive side would be understandable. Overall it's a Mitsubishi dealer claiming to be some 5 star dealership but that's definitely not the case. Nothing sets them apart by any means in my opinion. I bought an EV vehicle and was given it with 18 miles range left. Overall seems ridiculous to me and to the vehicle manufacturer when I spoke with them. More
